NGO's, Illegal Aliens and the Catch 22

Ask yourself, “Why is Kamala Harris running a “popularity contest” campaign with no positions and no real substance?
Why did Biden-Harris allow 8-10 million Illegals to flood into the USA in a mere 3 1/2 years— even despite blowback from millions of citizens adversely affected by the action, especially the poor and veterans?
This election is not about issues or even personalities— it’s about the simple act of VOTING— how complicated and contradictory the Democrats gradually have made the voting laws over the past 30 years. Together, those changes culminate this year in an election even more sketchy than 2020, a process I saw in action the other night on a granular Georgia county level.
There are 3,143 counties in the US, with each and every one interpreting and misinterpreting the 50 states’ election laws and the sometimes conflicting multiple Federal election laws. These county election boards are made up mostly of partisan but well-intended, civic-minded local citizens who oversee a once mundane function that has now become so fiercely adversarial and so entangled in conflicting rules that even most lawyers involved don’t know the rules.
Here’s how, step by step, the toxic soup of 8-10 million new non-citizen arrivals will dilute and destroy your voting power in OCTOBER and guarantee a permanent overlord Federal Government in your future:
In January, 2024, Susan Rice (of Benghazi infamy), Obama’s lackey inside the Biden Administration, issued memos to all the key Federal agencies that provide aid and monetary support to Illegals flooding into our country which essentially said all those agencies MUST provide Voter Registration forms to the Illegals. There is a 1993 Federal law, obviously aimed at assisting poor US citizens, that requires those agencies to help people sign up to vote. Rice ordered Federal bureaucrats to help ALL aid recipients (even non-citizens) to receive, prepare, and submit voter registration paperwork. This includes recipients of food stamps, free government housing, debit and credit cards, employment training and job placement assistance, and/or health care. It’s the law!, even if it’s nonsense as applied to new arrivals.
The Federal Government also coordinated and assisted “refugees”, “asylum seekers”, “special visa holders” and, basically, all others coming through Immigration to receive State ids. (Note, in NO State do these ids or driver’s licenses identify citizenship status. They merely provide a Government imprimatur that this person is the person with that particular name and face. Some, but not all, States require the individual to certify their “legal status”— but NONE require objective proof of citizenship.)
Now for the election killer rules whereby millions of Illegals, both in Swing States and other States, can vote:
Federal law, specifically, 52 USC sections 20507(a)(1)(A)- (D) requires each State to allow new voters to be added to the voter rolls until a minimum of 30 days before the election (though States can choose even lesser periods).
However, 52 USC section (c)(2)(A), under “Voter Removal Programs”, states: A State shall complete, not later than 90 days prior to the date of a primary or general election for Federal office, any program the purpose of which is to systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters.
It’s a Catch 22 !
Ineligible voters cannot be removed from the rolls within 90 days of an election, BUT people can register to vote for at least 60 more days (basically showing only an id, signature, and address within the voting area). They can vote the next day (anytime during early voting) and drop their ballot into a drop box commingled with other ballots or they can mail in. THERE IS NO PRACTICAL WAY TO CHALLENGE, SET ASIDE, OR OTHERWISE QUESTION ELIGIBILITY.
For those of us foolish enough to believe there are legitimate safeguards protecting voting honesty, it’s time to wake up! True the Vote, an outstanding organization trying to improve the integrity of Federal elections, has discovered there’s also a little known law that protects from punishment people who vote illegally. If a person reasonably believes they are entitled to vote, they cannot be punished for voting illegally. How would that work in practice? An illiterate Illegal comes into the US, where he is escorted by US Border Patrol to meet with a NGO aid representative or a Federal agency aid worker who provides him with food, shelter, perhaps clothing and aid in finding a job, along with a debit card to buy incidentals and perhaps a monthly stipend. As part of receiving this aid, he provides information, which is entered onto a pile of Government forms and signs his name or “X” in multiple designated places. One of those forms is a Voter Registration form required by Federal law. He receives in the mail, a mail in or drop box ballot, probably brought to him by a NGO employee or volunteer at the free Government-paid NGO facility where he’s living; thanks his benefactor by marking the ballot for the person who made all this assistance possible, Joe, oh, no, Kamala Harris, then signs the enclosed envelope and mails it in or rides in a van with others to go to a drop box. If you’re an illiterate, lost, confused and desperate migrant who has been aided by Federal officials, kindly NGO workers, and numerous faceless volunteers since your arrival in the US, do you have a reasonable basis for believing that Kamala’s Welcoming America is going to allow you to vote in an election, rigged as are the elections (if any) in your home country.
WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Demand the Republican Party and its candidates recruit 10,000 lawyers to monitor every Election Board in America and go to court and fight immediately on every hint of election impropriety. Form groups to monitor DAILY the increase in voter registration rolls in your county, with an eye toward identifying sudden clumps of unusual surnames and multiple voters using the same address. Do Citizen Journalism and identify every NGO living facility and food aid facility in your area. Talk to people who work there, volunteer there, even live there if you speak the language; and identify Government and NGO employees and volunteers who appear to be involved in election talk or activities. Report what you learn to the attorneys and/ or investigators assigned to work this election.
Volunteer to be a poll watcher, though, honestly, by the time votes are cast the election will be baked, though you may notice citizens bringing in groups of people to vote who seem to be different than themselves. Get car tag numbers and any other identifying information that may be used in an investigation of Americans’ conspiracies to commit election fraud. Finally, VOTE, and let everyone you know that THIS ELECTION is about only CITIZENS, and ALL citizens VOTING for election integrity and the future of election and government integrity.
